My Story:
I would like to know how to Divorce my father. My mother divorced my father 4 years ago after 10 year of D.V. throw that time. Since the divorce my father has had the court order us to visit him everyother weekend. And now he has taken my mom back to court again (5times) and had the courts order changed to being that I have to go to visit that and now everyother week in the summer. He still abuses me but not in away that the is reported (NOT SEXLY) but mentaly and that. I need to know if there is away for me to divorce him. Please help.
